Licensor observed window blind in bathroom space with missing blind parts creating loose cords accessible to school-age children. Licensor observed cables from computer and tv on desk in licensed living room space accessible to children. Licensor observed a surge protector on school-age table connected to some cables that is accessible to children. Licensor observed outlet in bathroom near sink to be GFCI, but not tamper-resistant. Licensor observed a small tree knocked down in outdoor space emergency exit pathway creating a tripping hazard.
